學校簡介 :
University of Bath (Bath) 成立於1966年，學校是一所綜合型研究大學，總人數約為20,000 人，國際學生佔30%左右。在1856年，本大學的前身是Merchant Venturers' Technical College，其後在1885年學校成為Society of Merchant Venturers成員。另外，在1907年成立的Bath School of Pharmacy，亦在1929年加入了學院。最後學校在1966年正式升格為大學正式更名為Bath University of Technology。Bath在研究和教學方面享有盛譽。在The Times & Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024，學校在英國130多間大學中名列第8名。
學科介紹 :
大學設有四個學院，包括Faculty of Engineering & Design、Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences、Faculty of Science和School of Management，教學及研究表現質量不俗，學校提供學士到博士課程，一共17個系裡190多個單科和組合科目。學校的Architecture 在The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024 Architecture排名第5名、Psychology排第6名、Civil Engineering排第6名、Aerospace Engineering及Accounting & Finance都排第4名。
地理位置:
University of Bath位於英國的西南部的Bath東側的Claverton Down。Bath是聯合國教科文組織(UNESCO) 世界遺產保護城市之一。大學距離倫敦希斯路機場約兩小時車程。
