School Profile:

Founded in 1843, Nottingham Trent University was originally a well-known design school in the UK, and was transformed into a comprehensive university in 1992. The school has always focused on high-quality teaching, and has received excellent evaluations in the evaluation of the Government Education Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). The curriculum is employment-oriented. The university has close cooperative relations with more than 6,000 companies around the world, providing students with a large number of work and internship opportunities, including Microsoft, HSBC, Rolls-Royce, BBC and other world-renowned companies, enabling students to study abroad. Nottingham Trent University has eight institutions: School of Arts and Humanities, School of Social Sciences, School of Science and Technology and School of Architecture, Business School, etc. The university's famous disciplines are Communication & Media Studies, Art & Design, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering and Social Policy. Among them, Law School is the largest vocational law school in the UK, and the Department of Chemistry and the Department of Business have also been rated as "Excellent Departments" by the Higher Education Funding Council of England. The university also cooperates with Kaplan, an educational institution, to hold university foundation courses and international university first-year courses. After completing the one-year course and meeting the requirements, you can progress to the first or second year of the university.

 

 

Geographical location:

The university is located in Nottingham, central England, and consists of two large campuses, one in the city center and the other in a green belt in the suburbs. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the main campus to the train station or bus station. There are frequent trains and buses. It takes about two hours by train to London.
